How To Get Rid Of The Pain On The Top Right Side Of The Foot?

I fell over last Wednesday morning. On that Wednesday afternoon I couldn t put any weight on my right foot. A week later and I can walk fine (though there is a little pain) but I can t tiptoe, and hurts to walk up stairs. The pain is on the top right side of my foot. Should I go to the doctors with this? Thanks

Hello,

As you had a fall this will be bony hurt and microtrauma to the muscles of the toe. This will take some time to heal.

Don't worry this isn't much to worry. Doing some normal ankle toe movements and picking up marbles with the toes will help improve the muscle strength.

As post any injury there will be a weakness of Muscles and it needs strengthening.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
