1.one drug which acts as a natural bleach is ghritkumari and its juice can be applied which can reduce the scar.
2.to make them smooth you can apply paste of cucumber.
3.take vit.c rich drug i.e. amalaki

Post acne ice pick scars are a common skin problem .I, dont know about homeopathy but there are some treatment strategies like chemical peels and dermabrasion therapy.you need to consult a dermatologist or cosmetologist who wil test your skin type and problem and start appropriate treatment.But remember dont expect them to vanish altogether, be practical and have patience.
