How To Get Rid Of The White Spots Of Vitiligo On Lips And Hand Finger Ends?

I have vitiligo on lips and hand finger ends. I have tried several creams over 10 years. But there is not improvement. I am 73 years old man. Can you suggent me a cream that will remove the white spots of vitiligo? Suggest only mecicine to apply on skin and not for intake. M. Firozama

Vitiligo on lips and finger tips is very resistant to treatment. And your age factor is also resists the good effect of treatment. And you may be knowing that vitiligo is a benign condition,so I would not suggest any treatment. As it is just a cosmetic problem,accept the condition and live without worries.
