Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

After considering all detailes of your medical history and co-relating the symptoms it appears as you are suffering from acute pharyngitis with dyspepsia. This is most of the time viral but bacterial infection is also possible.

For getting relief you may do-

1- Warm saline gargling.

2- Tab Paracetamol.

3- Antacid with PPI.

4- Decongestant.

5- Avoid spicy food and smoking.

6- Adequate fluid orally.

I hope you will be happy with above otherwise consultation with ENT doctor will become necessary.

Regards.
