How To Get Rid Of Tongue Ulcer ?
i woke up on monday morning with a big red jelly looking blister under my tongue its very painful, it now looks like it bursted now with no red colour just a flat white ulcer looking circle that still is painful, ive cant chew food and its even difficuilt to drink, my whole tongue feels brusied and i think i may have biten it in my sleep

Do mouth gargles with Betadine gargles (1:1 dilution) 3-4 times/day after food, also try taking anti-inflammatory (such as Ibuprofen/Diclofenac). This should take care of your problems. If it does not improve please do consult a good ENT specialist.
