How To Get Rid Of Unwanted Fat From Body?

Hi, I am a 24 years old guy 5'8" height and weight is around 80 kgs. I actually work as an IT professional. I can clearly see my future and I know I will be only sitting most of the time in my future days.I have big buttocks and I really hate them all the time.I think about my big butts atleast once in a day and feel bad myself.I currently live in Charlotte,USA and I would like to know if there is any technique to get rid of the unwanted fat from my body and also I want to know how much would be the price.Please help me.Thanks in advance.

At your height , the ideal weight would be around 65 Kgs.

Yes, lifestyle plays an important role. You, being an IT professional , do not have to go through a lot of physical activities throughout the day. Do not worry much.

Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day.

Stick to this plan for 6 months. Try it the natural way first. If it does not help ,there are other options like liposuction , bariatric surgeries(weight reducing surgeries). But every surgery has its own risks. Try first the natural way.
