Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have small white bumps on my upper lip. They don't hurt at all. I can pop them and pus comes out. They never go away. Also; around my penis glands, some look swollen. I went to a doctor and he said, those glands around your penis are just irritated. He said I do not have any std's. He gave me cream that didn't do anything. This was 1 year ago. The bumps have been there for almost 3 years now. Any ideas on how to get rid of these?

Hello, Welcome to HCM, As you are swelling in the the upper lip and on the penis these small bumps could be small blocked up pores which are known as whiteheads or milia. Which looks like a miniature cysts. These bumps could be something contagious like a viral infection known as Molluscum Contagiosum but in this bumps will be small and usually white or pink. To confirm this you should consult your dermatologist for examination and making the diagnosis. Thank you.
