Hi i read your query very carefully.

Your son may benefit from cardiac electrophysiology study and ablation to get rid of arrhythmia associated with WPW syndrome.

If i was your treating doctor i would suggest to do EP study and ablation immediately. However some preliminary test (such as heart monitoring) should be done before going on such an invasive test.

Hope it was of help!
