Is Heart Palpitations With "blindness" Caused By WPW?

I'm 20 years old and have WPW and when I go into a 'episode' where my heart beats gets werid I lose my able to see..I know my eyes lids are open my it's as if someone turn out the lights. Now I've read alot about my wpw but so far I haven't heard or see anymore else go blind during their 'episodes'...So, I wondering is this normal or not for those with Wpw?

yes it can lead to visual blackouts as at high heart rate blood pressure falls and blood supply to brain decreases and leads to visual blackouts.
You can get wpw pathway ablation which is permanent solution with low risk of recurrence
