Hello Welcome in H.C.M. Regarding your query for nasal congestion, buzzing and clogged ear, and for this you have taken antibiotics but you are not having any difference. I would like to tell you that you nasal infection had gone back in throat in the form of post nasal drip and in this way throat get involved which results in sore throat. Throat is connected to middle ear by eustachian tube (tubular connection between ear and throat) which give way to infection to reach to ear secondarly this tube gets blocked by infective swelling and you feel as your ear is clogged and started buzzing. Though you are already taking antibiotic and decongestant. For quick responce you may add with concent of your treating doctor- 1- Steam inhalation. 2- Steroids. 3- Anti histaminic.
