Hello sir, my problem is i cannot control my anger... i have a girlfriend and she is very kiddo.. i always care about her which gives me even more stress. I have to give a good result to my family as in i have already waste alot of money.. i have to fulfill their expectations.. i started gym a month ago but it isnt working due to my stress problem. I want to estabilish my future so that i can show my gf s family that i m a responsible bf. Coming to my studies... whenever i try to study i cannot concentrate.. moreover, a small quarrel with my gf gives me alot of stress which starts a alot of pain in my body and my head too.. it feels like someone is hitting my head with hammer.. i dont know when i was free for the last time.. m all alone.. just i have a gf n when she also starts fighting i completely lose my myself. I cant make her happy.. i dont live with my family.. i dont have that friends who can readily die for me. I only have my gf but due my stress problem i use to get angry on her.. plz sir.. help me out with this.. bcause it gives me alot of stress.. sometimes even i become unconscious. My body starts aching.. Help me out with this
