How To Have Fair Face And Body Skin?

"hi, i am from India, and i am housewife, my skin is not so good. i want fair face and body skin, but i have realy so much skin problem. my face skin is not clear. my hand and leg and foot skin is just like wrinkly even i am just 25, and the more problem of underarm and underleg, these are so dark, and become darker day by day. please tell me one chemical or any medicine which i can bue in India, and can give result within short period,especially for underarm and underleg.
