How To Heal Chronic Lower Leg Pain With Inflamed Right Knee With History Of Keyhole Exploration Of Right Knee?
Hi my name is Margaret I have constant pain in my lower legs, my right knee often becomes very inflamed and so sore. I have had a keyhole exploration of my right knee to which a small shaving of bone was done. They have ruled out arthritis and have called it chronic pain and simply gave me tramadol and diclofenic but they are of little effect. I do not wish to take stronger pain meds as this could cause future problems I just want somebody to tell me what's happening to my legs. I try to keep active by taking a walk every day for 45 minutes at a time. Can you help?
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The constant pain in the lower leg could be due to a bio mechanical problem related to a knee joint pathology. This needs proper investigations like ri for diagnosis and treatment. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Praveen Tayal , drtayal72@gmail.com
