How To Heal Flu Mediated Stomach Ache And Mild Diarrhea In A 2 Years Old Child?

My two year old baby boy always complain about stomach ache and when he get flu it becomes worse the temperature goes high when u touch the stomach hands palm and feet thy feel very hot than the face.And today he is having flu and all the said problem is happening and now have a little bit of diahorea.

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

Viral infection can give rise to both fever and stomach infection which is most likely that your son is having. If there are no other symptoms then give your son syp. paracetamol/acetaminophen 5 ml. 4 hourly to reduce the temperature and plenty of oral fluids in the form of buttermilk, fresh lemonade, coconut water to prevent dehydration. You can get his stool examined and thereafter appropriate medication can be started.
