How To Heal Mouth Ulcer And Fever In A 10 Months Old Child?
Hi. My 10 month old has very severe ulcer in her mouth and is getting fever with no eating drinking. Its been a week so the doctor has given her anti biotics and a viral medication. Should i give her anti biotics because im afraid it will give her thrush or make it worse?

Paracetamol relieves fever.
Local application of Zytee may help relieving pain due to ulcer in the mouth.
Offer cold foods and cool drinks to the child.
Sweet foods may be offered to the baby.
Stop antibiotics.
