How To Heal Severe Knee Pain During 8 Months Pregnancy?

Hi this is siya Saxena from jaipur. This is my 1st pregnancy and this is 8month running and I have horrible knees pain. Kindly suggest me wt to do. My kitchen is on 2 floor and I have to going up stairs and down stairs at many times. Could you tell me plz is there any problem can be occurs bcz of it.. Do it needful.

Obviously, the increased weight is an issue for your knees as well, but you imply that this is likely a new, rapidly worsening problem. For this reason, it is worth discussing with your doctor and asking if there are any concerns regarding your blood pressure. Otherwise, most women can safely take Tylenol (acetaminophen) during pregnancy for pain.
