How To Heal Severe Vomiting With Hot Flashes And Heart Pounding?
Today I had several hot flashes and my heart was pounding hard. I was also very weak I wouldn't have been able to stand long enough to take a shower. Oh and yesterday I had thrown up maybe 5 to 6 times. Why would my body be experiencing this? I am only 20 so I'm sure nothing too serious right?
Having hot flashes and feeling that your heart is pounding hard at your age (20) could be related to: - hormonal changes - consuming alcohol/energetic drinks/coffee - getting stressed out/work overload - possible common viral infection
I advise to: - drink more water - conduct a healthy lifestyle and diet regimen - keep a good hygiene especially when preparing food - have light soups/tea
If no improvement, should consult with your physician for further evaluation!
