ive been having sexual intercours eith my boyfriend andn2 days ago I noticed swelling and itchingnto my lips around the vaginal area. Today I was having intercourse and found it very painful and uneasy, I went to the loo after and realised a slight bleed and my lips on the vaginal area was very swollen and painful and it hurt to wipe. Ive been experiencing discharge to. It hurts to sit also and generally hurts and burning sensation. Please help me.

Hi,
Kindly use lubricants while having sex. Also use a condom as you might be having an infection which is itching. Take clotrimazole vaginal pessary for the itching. Also apply antiseptic healing cream at the bleeding site and better to not have sex till the area heals.
