Hi and welcome to HCM. I understand your problem. Subacromial decompression a common surgery done for shoulder impingement syndrome or bursitis. Post operatively i think they have put you on shoulder sling and pain is common. After shoulder surgery you need to start shoulder mobilization as early as possible, if not it may lead to post op fibrosis, which causes movement restriction and severe pain and if this happens you may require one more surgery to remove the adhesions. You can take Tab ULTRACET 1-0-1 a combination of paracetamol and tramadol for pain relief and also consult your treating doctor if u have intolerable pain and severe movement restriction. The shoulder pain is very severe and i suggest you to be more alert about this. You also need shoulder physiotherapy which is main pillar of post op recovery. All the best. Regards
