Hello I m coming to you with concern about the position and pain I m feeling with in my right testical witch may or maynot be spreading to my left ... It s hard to tell. The position of my testicals have been horizontal untill 1-2 months ago where it graduallybecame vertical. Before this change I had no pain but I had sit down hard and the same testical that began to hurt was pushed up inside of my pelvis, where i pushed it back down. Now the pain is dull and persistently fluctuateing. It is some times tinder to touch at the back and top. The positiin worries me what should I do about it ? What is the cause and how will effect my health
