How To Identify Any Problem In The Semen Composition?

hello doctor ,i am very worried abt this matter, am sending my semen analysis report; VOL:2.0ml, COL:WHITE; LIQUEFACTION TIME :40MINT; Sp;COUNT;105mill; MOTILITY; PROGRESSIVE MOVEMENT 80%; MODERATE MOVEMENT; 70%; POOR MOVEMENT 15%; MORPHOLOGY; NOR 70%;ABNORMAL 30%; PUS CELLS NIL/HPF;RBC'CELLS NILL/HPF. pls reply me is it any problem for me or not.

hello user , as per the report your sperm count is good, motility is fine , morphology is fine , and rest of the parametres are also ok except a slightly raised liquefication time that is normally around 20-30 mins , but that too is considered significant by some labs if it exceeds 60 mins - so grossly the report is fine but anyways interpretations of semen analysis of any kind normal/abnormal should not be based on single report , so do get it repeated after around 6 weeks and give the sample after 2 days of abstinence . hope i answered your query , if satisfied please rate the answer
