Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I recently took stress and breathing test. Heart is in great shape...but doctor said I could be at very beginning stages of COPD (or it could be culmination of asthma, allergies, etc. I am 63 and quite smoking 30 years ago...so it may not be out of the realm that early COPD is possible. I have had asthma my entire life...but for most part have stayed very active. These days I don t really exercise much. I was provided a sample of stiolto respimat (SR) from my doctor today and am about to take it for 1st time. I also take Singulair and ProAir for events as they may occur. My pharmacist indicated that I should space minimum 30 mins apart from taking SR and Singulair. Since you are a doctor have you had good experience with SR? I must admit I am a little hesitant to take the SR.

You need to check for that and make sure you check your breath problem regularly. You may need to visit the emergency room or tertiary care if the symptoms aggravate.
