How To Improve FBG?

52 Y/M, 177cms and 84 Kgs, diabetic since 12 yrs and hypertensive for 4 yrs.
On Daonil-M : 1-1-1, Voglibose 0.2 mg once a day, galvus 50 mg once a day and Hopace 5 mg twice a day.My FBG is around 130 to 140 mg/dL and PP is around 150 mg/dL. Please suggest how to improve FBG.

Dear sir I can understand your concern.
in my opinion the medication what you are taking are very good.
I am very happy to see that your sugars are under good Controll.
fasting blood sugar is slightly more but in my opinion it's not a big problem.
this can be brought down by taking Galvus twice daily.
i suggest you to check for hba1c and speak with your doc on dose changes.
