How To Improve Amniotic Fluid And Hemoglobin Levels?

Hi Doctor,I m due in October month and I was said my weight was not increasing properly, less amniotic fliud and less Heamoglobin. Here are report details: AFI - 9.5 (per June end scan report) Heamoglobin - 9.8 So can you suggest what all the things can help to improve heaomoglobin and amniotic fluid? and what is the ideal weight of mother to be increased in last trimester by month-wise ? Welcome to HCM. Sabitha your AFI is 9.5,it is not less. When AFI is less than 7 we called less amniotic fluid volume. You take plenty of water sometimes it can move to better prognosis. Bd dose of iron tablet can improve your haemoglobin level. Don't worry if you have any other quary then ask me.
