How To Improve Bone Strength Inspite Of Suffering From Osteoporosis?
I have osteoporosis and have taken Evista, Actonel and now am on Fosamax. This is been ongoing over a period of almost ten years and my bone density studies show little improvement and list me as high risk for fracture. Anything else I can do to improve my bone health?

HI, I understand your query. All the medicines you are taking till now are those altering bone synthesis & resorbption, there by controlling osteoporosis. I feel you need to add few basic things needed in bone formation & strength, to the medicine you are taking.they are- - Addition of calcium, Vitamin D,Vitamin C in diet ( oral/ medicinal supplements.) - weight bearing exercises under expert guidance, - Prevention of falls. Thanks
