General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears that your B.M.R.is very high, when compared to the normal person, the reason may be the hyperthyroidism,or some thing of hormones.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
You may need to have estimation of hormones and other tests for diagnosis.
Use more of calories, fats, fries, ice cream, green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Try to have more sleep, practice early to bed and late to rise. Try to have day time sleep at least for a while.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
