Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of dark skin complexion in bikini area which seems to be due to attributed to infections such as fungal infections. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit dermatologist once and get complete examination done. Start treatment after complete prescription. You should take proper course of oral antifungal drugs like Fluconazole or Itraconazole along with anti-fungal cream for local application at bedtime. Maintain hygiene over those areas and avoid wearing tight undergarments. You should take oral antihistamines if these are rashes or ant type of itching.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
