Hi me and my husband we trying to have babies but the problem is he is having low sperm count and my gyne say im also having a problem of not releasing eggs and she put me on fertomid 50mg so my question is how much chances we have to make babies in case

Based on the history you have shared, since the diagnosis has been established already so chances of fertilization will increase once both issues have been resolved, including your egg transportation as well as his sperm counts. You may continue the same medicine with constant follow up but he will also needs to be treated with zinc, selenium and vitamin E supplements.
