How To Increase Amniotic Liquor Volume? Should I Consider Betnesol Injection?
Sir,
I am 33 weeks pregnant. My Liqour is less i.e. 9.
is it too less ? what I will do for increases for this . should take any injunction?
my baby fetal parameter in this week is:
BPD: 88MM
FL: 67MM
AC: 314MM
F.W.: 2460gms
should I take betnesol injunction 12mg ( 2 doses 24 hrs apart)?
plz suggest me ASPS.

hi,afi 9 is less but not so less that it requires immediate termination.start taking arginine sachets twice daily and continue tab folic acid 5 mg daily.sleep in left lateral position and drink plenty of water.take coconut water daily.also get a colour Doppler scan done to rule out iugr.in case colour Doppler is abnormal then take betnesol inj.take care all the best.
