Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir /madam
i can understand your concern
i am very sorry about your condition
in my opinion the fall of haemoglobin need to be evaluated
falling of haemoglobin to 5% is very unlikely due to diabetes alone
this kind of scenario is seen in individuals suffering with occult internal bleeding and some haematological disorders.
i suggest you to see Haematologist and take his opinion for further evaluation and follow up
Regards
Dr vamsi
