it is not possible to increase y chromosomes just like that..it all depends on the dominant gene during embryogenesis..all u can do is wish for a baby boy..

Fortunately or unfortunately there are no ways to increase the Y chromosome, when fertilization happens it depends on the sperm which gets united with egg which is not under our control.
So accept the fact and be happy with the baby whether boy r girl.
