hello doctor........ I am 32 yrs old having irregular periods like 26 daysthen 28 days following 31,28 and then 29.i m trying to conceive fro last 3 months and got very irregular periods like 25days then 33 and then 29 days with heavy blood clots and feels pain in lower back nearabout and after ovulation.In the month of january i used opk on which i got +ive on CD16 and 17 and slightly dim line on day 18 and 19th day of cycle and regular sex on these days.i was expecting that this time i would be prgnt but not happened. it was 29 days cycle.Do i really need to visit a gyn or should i try for some more months.Please guide me.thnx a lot

hi.....your menses will be consider as regular... 21 days to 45 days cycle is consider to be normal. Use ovulation prediction kits.... start regular sex two days prior to the expected day of ovulation ie 13 th day of your cycle. continue same for six more months. If still there is failure to conception visit gynaecologist.
