Hello,

eating rice won't lower your hematocrit. Eating ONLY rice will. You need to have a balanced diet. You can include rice in most meals but you need a variety in your diet.
You'll also need investigation for the reason of your anemia. Some basic tests would include ferritin levels, B12 vitamin levels and folic acid levels. Of course a complete blood count is essential.
Depending on what's missing (if any) you'll need supplementation and a change in your diet.
I hope I've helped!
Kind Regards!
