HI , thanks for using healthcare magic

It may not be possible for any further growth at age 20 unfortunately.

Girls tend to complete puberty by 15 to 17 and boys by 16 to 17.

During childhood and adolescence there is an area at the end of the long bones (bones in the limbs) that is involved in adding height and length.
At the end of puberty this area, called the epiphyseal plate, would have changed and become the epiphyseal line.

The epiphyseal line does not add bone no matter what medications you use. It cannot occur.
For extra growth to occur medication would have needed to be taken before this change occurred.

I hope this helps
