How To Increase Height?
I want to know if i will grow any taller because i am 176 centimeters right now and 18 years old and my father is 175 cm , my mother is 169 cm and my sister is at the same height as me but she is older, she is 20 years.please help.I dont have any medical problems and my weight is 66 kg.I want to know if i can reach 180 cm.Please i need an answer.

I am sorry to hear that you are concerned about your height. Unfortunately your height is determined by your genetics and nutritional factors during puberty. As you are already 18 you have passed puberty and have reached your optimum growth. There are no hormonal therapies or other surgical treatments for increase height.
