How To Increase Hemoglobin Levels While Going Through Hemodialysis Treatment?

Hi! my husband is diabetic and is currently going thru hemodialysis treatment. Every HD session, he is injected with epocino 4,000 units. Based on his last laboratory yesterday, his haemoglobin dropped to 6.9. please help me how we can increase his haemoglobin level.. Thank you so much

Hemoglobin levels tend to fall post dialysis. He can take solfe tablets once a day after food at bedtime, which is less gastric irritant. He can have foods rich in iron in the form of dark green leafy vegetables like spinach and red apple with skin. He need to take protein rich diet along with folic acid and vitamin B12 vitamins for effectively increasing his hemoglobin content.
