Hi, Now a days after the 6 years of marriage, ejaculating within a min or prior during sexual intercourse. Where I do not have a habit of smoking/alcohol,drugs etc. I carry a very simple life. Even no feeling of sex has arose. Kindly suggest what should I do without suggesting any kind of medication. For your knowledge I am taking thyroid medicine for hypo thyroid.
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
I understand that you are quite distressed about your sexual problem. From the description of your symptom, it appears that you seem to be suffering from low sex drive and premature ejaculation.
It is possible that hypothyroidism or certain medication used for its treatment can be one of the causes for sexual problems like low sex drive. However, other medical problems like diabetes, hypertension, hormonal imbalances, etc. can also cause sexual problems. Psychological factors like stress, anxiety, depression, etc. can also play a role. So, I would suggest that you see a psychiatrist or sexologist for a need a detailed evaluation and further management.
