How To Increase Memory Power At Old Age?

I am 64 year old and a diabetic with heart problems, thyroid, and cholesterol I am on Metformin 1000 mg ,glyburide 5mg , metoprol 25mg, levothyroxin 25mg and atorvastatin 40mg and want to know if I could take fish oil and spirulina or something that s going to help my brain I feel that i am losing my memory . What could advise me

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, without knowing the brain pathology it can not be treated, loss of memory may not be pure form of cerebral pathology, but it could be due to age only because in this age cerebral atrophy, exercise is best instead of taking some kind of medicine. If I would be doctor of this case then I would send for CT of brain, with complete work up hope this information helps.
