How To Increase My Height?
i am 22 years old, my height is 5.4 and i want to increase my height, after seeing advertisement of Dr. ayurveda and stepup herbal body growth formula, i would like to buy but before that i want make sure that it is true at this age i can increase my height, pls. advice

After the age of 18 years all the doors to the growth of height are closed, and usually there will be no ways of increasing the height.
Because after 18 years the ends of the long bones, which are the spots of the growth of the height, will become inactive, by finishing the active bone cells.
Regarding the Ayurveda medicines regarding height increase, we wont be having any idea about the drug, as it is a separate way of treatment.
