Hello
excessive workout can have a negative influence on sexuality. Your diet supplements may be reducing the serum testosterone level Please adopt a moderate exercise schedule and stop taking these fancy diet supplements. Take dietary proteins and adequate rest , relax by music. Get a serum Testosterone level at 8.30AM , serum prolactin level and post ejaculation urine examined for presence of sperms.
