General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
It is very difficult to establish any diagnosis merely on the basis that there is amenorrhea ( no menstrual cycle ) .
But there may be few possibilities these include:
1 Hormonal changes , tension , stress .
2 Most important possibility may be cyst IN OVARY ( ovaries .
As this is most common cause of amenorrea in young female . Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both ovaries .
Acne, obesity , hirsutism , irregular menses , anemorrhea , ovarian stroma are the characteristic features of cyst ( s) in ovaries.
So in my opinion consult a gynecologist and get his opinion or get in ULTRASOUND of ovaries and upload reports.
I find this answer helpful
