How To Induce Periods?

Dear sir,starting of this month I have done sex my periods date is on 21st but today is 29th more than one week is delayed.yesterday I ate full papaya,up to now periods not yet came.I am too much worried about these can u pls tel me is it conform that I am pregnant. can u pls suggest me what to do get periods soon and which tablet shall I take for to get periods early.I don t want to be pregnant now.pls anybody suggests me yesterday I ate full papaya but not came periods.

First of all Missing your period is frst symptom of getting pregnant. So you might be pregnant.
You should do a urine pregnancy test, If it comes Positive means you are pregnant. Also your periods will not come now as you are pregnant
If pregnancy test is negative this means you are not pregnant. In tis case you should visit a gynecologist for help on induction of periods.
