How To Interpret Transvaginal Ultra Sonography?

what a transvaginal ultra sonography of this result meant?
Bulky uterus shows two gestational sacs with surrounding decidual reactions with no separation.
1One sac appears healthy showing a fetal pole with cardiac pulsations GS~14.8mm,CRL=9.6mm [7w+\-]
[2] The other sac appears crumbled,showing no definite fetal pole nor pulsations GS=13.8mm[6w+\-]
[3] Cervical Management;
Inner to inner diameter =2.8mm,
No uterine,ovarian or adnexal masses
Mild pelvic fluid collection is seen

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your report shows that uterus is bulky in size and there are two intrauterine gestational sac but there is single fetal pole in one of the G-sac while there is no fetal pole in another G-sac.
Fetal pole is viable G-sac measures 7 week in maturity.Cardiac activity is also noted.
Mild pelvic fluid collection is noted.
