How To Keep TSH And Triglycerides Levels Under Control?

Sir, I am Dipankar,40 years old. Having TSH around 5.5. i take Thyrox 75 one tab daily. also having Triglycerides 175, HDL 38. other components of Lipid profile is under range. Uric acid level is 6.4. I maintain a healthy life, do excercise for 1 hr. in the morning, not habituated with alcohol, smoking etc. Please help.
