How To Keep Blood Pressure Under Control?

Hello my mother went to emergency room a couple of days ago her blood pressure was 225/90 I think- and this couple of days it goes up and down I just check it again and it was 190/90 she has a f/up appointment tomorrow with hey pcp as of now what can we do to help her? Please advice and thank you

strict diet control.. minimal salt intake.. regular cardio work out... stress free atmosphere. . avoid heavy oily food. you can start her on cholestrol meds after consulting your docter.. let her practice yoga and meditations. hope this has been helpful to you. thank you
