How To Keep Vagina Clean?

I had a hysterectomy in 2006, haven t had a pap smear since surgery because I was told I didn t need one. how does my body (vagina cleans itself) my husband an are very sexual and his semen makes my vagina smelly (fishy) I have to douche, but do not like to douche that often.

I really appreciate your concern, chances of vaginal infection is very likely and this can be well managed with "Povidone Iodine" suppository put this thrice in day for good result avoid coitus till infection eradicates, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
