Hi,

The use of misoprostol to induce abortion can be confirmed with per vaginal bleeding as you have experienced and disruption of implantation might have occurred however for reconfirmation ultrasound pelvis may be helpful. Also any retained products of contraception needs to be ruled out as those may cause the infection inside and should be discussed after detailed review with your gynecologist.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
