hi doc since last 3months iam eating indian flat wheat breads as my breakfast and as lunch daily. i lost almost 7 kgs with in 3 months. now my face became very small and narrow. and very weak . is it better to continue or stop this type of diet? how to loose weight safely?

Its good to eat whole grain cereals as rich in fibre and helps in loosing weight too.
Consume more of vegetables and fruits it boost you with vitamins and minerals.
Avoid fats like ghee, butter, cream , red meats, full fat dairy proucts, bakery foods, processed foods as they are rich in calories and makes you put on weight.
If you consume healthy balanced diet with low carbohyrates and fats you dont feel weak and tired.
