You should take 1000-1200 Calories food with proteins rich, low carforhydrate,very low fat,Vegetable salads,fruits[Not seeet fruits].You start exercise slowly 20 minutes brisk walk and gradually increased upto one hr.If u are house wife , u can adjust ur exercise according to ur daily workout.So you will reduce slowly from-6-12months time.you can take 800 less calories'day and do execise, it can need 400 calories.so aproximate , u need 1000 calories which can be burn from ur body fat.

If you are a house wife ,withmoderate physical work, you should have 1800 cal./day & 45 mts brisk walk +20 mts ot yoga exercises daily-cosistantly.
