The days in and around your menstrual cycle , there are various changes going on in your body hormone wise and you might undergo varied symptoms and craving for sweets or increased appetite can also be amongst them.
It is quite natural and if you want to cut down your cravings you can fing some healthy snacks like nuts, vegetables, or fibre biscuits to munch on.
Its not a healthy decision to take tablets to lose weight when you are not morbidly
obese or so. I suggest you to eat healthy , and to workout for an hour each day if you feel you have eaten a bit more than what you must have consumed. Do not try to consume any
loose motion tablets / vomit inducing tablets as they can drain away your nutrition and leave you unhealthy.
